Terms & Conditions

1. Booking Confirmation
All bookings are confirmed only after a 30% deposit has been received. Once the deposit is paid, your tour dates, accommodations, and services will be reserved.
2. Payment
A 30% deposit is required to secure your booking. The remaining balance is payable upon arrival in Morocco unless otherwise agreed in writing.
We accept payments via Wise, PayPal, and bank transfer.
3. Cancellation Policy
Deposits are refundable up to 14 days before the tour start date. Cancellations made within 14 days of departure are non-refundable due to pre-booked services such as accommodation, transport, and guides.
4. Changes to Booking
We will do our best to accommodate any changes to your booking. However, changes are subject to availability and may result in additional costs.
5. Responsibility
We are not responsible for delays, cancellations, or changes caused by weather conditions, road closures, strikes, or other circumstances beyond our control.
6. Travel Requirements
Travelers are responsible for ensuring they have valid passports, visas, and any required travel documents for entry into Morocco.
7. Acceptance of Terms
By confirming a booking or paying a deposit, you agree to these Terms & Conditions.
